MINISTRY EXPERIENCE
- Led the church on two international mission trips (Romania and Honduras) - Have had 40 additions to the membership and 13 by baptism - Led in several discipleship classes - Led in hiring a part-time youth minister and music minister and secretary - Led developing many outreach efforts and family socials - Lead Bible study with staff members - Developed a Pastor’s Prayer Partner Ministry - Led the church in the purchase of a bus and working on a bus ministry - Minister and preach once a month at the local senior center - Attend all Associational meetings - Led the church in starting the AWANA program for kids - Provide vision for future ministry projects - Encouraged Nominating Committee to develop a long range planning team - Began a CD ministry to shut-ins - Worked in a multi-staff setting
- Have experienced a 50% increase in attendance avg. for Wednesday night activities (40 to over 60) - Preached regularly at Wednesday night services - Led all youth related functions (trips, Disciple Now, missions, game nights, etc.) - Led youth mission trip to New Orleans - Began a mentoring Bible study with a small group of student leaders - Coordinated all Sunday School teachers and curriculum - Held training sessions for Sunday School and Wednesday night teachers - Coordinated Middle School Madness (Middle school VBS - averaged 60 students) - Attended staff meetings to assist in the guidance of the Church - Assisted Pastor as needed - Worked in a multi-staff setting
- Ordained October 1998 - Elected Vice-Chairman in November 1998 - Elected Chairman in March 1999 - Focused group on Servant Leadership
- Served as Chairman October 1998 – October 2000
- Served as Chairman January 2005 – September 2005 - Assisted the church in moving from a part-time music minister to a full-time music minister. - Began the process to update the policies and procedures of the personnel committee. - Resigned from committee due to becoming Interim Youth Minister

- Romania 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008 - Conducted VBS for Gypsies and Village children - Led prayer walks - Participated in street evangelism - New Orleans 2006 - Coordinated students with clean-up after Hurricane Katrina - Coordinated and orchestrated a block party - Led prayer walks

Gods People: I am 40 years old and have been married to my wife, Cindy, for 13 wonderful years. We have two children, Noah and Isaac. My wife is a tremendous blessing, support and help in my ministry and life. She is very active currently at our church and truly has the gift of compassion. She is a constant reminder to me of God’s unconditional love because she lives it every day of her life. God has given me a burden and a passion for people. I feel He has led me down this path in order to make a difference for His Kingdom. My heart breaks when I see people searching for hope and purpose in all the wrong places so my desire is to share with them the Truth in a way in which they can relate and understand. Sunday Morning Worship is at 11:00 am on Sundays. Sunday Evening Worship is at 6:00 pm Wednesday night is a time for Bible Study and Prayer Meeting is at 6:00 pm |
